By accessing or using Pilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update and change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Pilot is a project management platform that provides tools for team collaboration, task management, documentation, communication, and project organization. The Service includes web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and related services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

5. User Content

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Service.

We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any defects or errors will be corrected.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PILOT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pilot and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
